What You Can Do in the Portal

Our secure client portal allows you to:

• Upload tax documents safely
• Review and electronically sign engagement letters and forms
• Receive copies of completed tax returns
• Send and receive secure messages
• Pay invoices online
• Track the status of your tax return or project

For your protection, we do not accept tax documents by regular email.


Use the Portal on Your Phone (Mobile App)

You can access your client portal from your smartphone or tablet using the TaxDome mobile app.

This makes it easy to:
• Upload photos of documents using your phone’s camera
• Receive notifications when action is needed
• Message our office securely
• Review and sign documents from anywhere

Once installed, log in using the same email and password you use for the web portal.


How to Get Started

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Upload your documents and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you do not yet have portal access, please contact our office and we will send you an invitation.
