The process starts by meeting with you for a free initial consultation to understand your unique business accounting process. We then customize a solution of services to fit your needs and budget. Our technology and accounting specialists work with you to transfer your QuickBooks file(s) to the secure network and get you up and running quickly and smoothly.  You will be assigned your own personal Madsen and Company bookkeeper who will learn the unique ins and outs of your business.

Day-to-day, your accounting responsibilities are reduced to scanning your documents. With the click of a button, your scanned documents are automatically put in the correct folder on our secure online accounting system. Your assigned bookkeeper then has immediate access to process your documents and input them into QuickBooks.

Each month your financial statements are reviewed by your Madsen and Company CPA.

Our document management system allows you store and search through all of your documents securely and online. At the end of the year, we can provide you with a DVD of all your financial and business records, eliminating the need to store paper records.
